Use your new-found public speaking skills to Speak Out! and address the nation. Barnardo's are calling on everyone aged 13 - 19 to film and share their views. The Teens' Speech Channel gives you the chance to speak out on a range of profoundly important issues and provides others with an opportunity to see the future through your eyes.
