If you have any questions you would like to see answered please email seankennedy@speakersbank.co.uk

Section 1.) The Training

Q. How many students are eligible to take part?
A. Up to 25 Year 10 students per workshop, and each school is entitled to 2 separate workshops.

Q. Is this only for a certain group of students?
A. It is up to the school to pick the students. We recommend that students from all ability groups have the opportunity to participate.

Q. What happens if we do not have 25 students available?
A. Do contact us, normally the training is over subscribed, however, exceptions may be made.

Q. What happens if a student dosn`t want to speak?
A. Nobody is forced to do anything they don`t want to do. All students are encouraged to participate and "Speak Out" as it is a little like learning to ride a bike. You could watch a training dvd about it but to learn it properly you have to get on the bike.

Q. How many rooms will we need?
A. In some cases the training is carried out by two trainers and we would ask for a second room for first break to lunch. This enables us to spend more time working with smaller groups. Sometimes this may not be possible and we are very flexible and will work along with the school on the day.
