Paul has a real passion to see young people progress and develop. He has over 20 years experience of working with young people with an empowerment focus. He is a qualified project manager, life coach and has previous experience of management and leadership within Education and the Third Sectors.

His ethos is focused around Empowering, Enabling and Encouraging others to be better different!

Becky has been with the programme since September 2008. She is involved in the day to day coordinating, supporting trainers when necessary. Before Jack Petchey's "Speak Out" Challenge!, Becky worked in the music business for 10 years.

There are 27 Speakers Trust Associates involved in the delivery of up to  800 workshops this year.  Every Associate is carefully chosen for their ability to communicate with and train a wide range of audiences and sensitivity to enable young people to develop key communcation skills.  They have also successfully completed a rigorous assessment programme and have Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau clearance. Further details - http://www.speakerstrust.org/index.php?cmd=CMS&sub=trainers
